Linx EdenThis is the second vaporizer model after Gaia that I have tested for you. After launching a relatively successful line of devices dedicated to waxes and concentrates, and the Gaia model intended for drought, it is time to expand the offer with another interesting product. Linx Eden is a neat, efficient and relatively cheap tool for producing aromatic clouds. I invite you to read the review below.

If meI would like to attach to something, it would probably be the lack of a suitable spatula. The manufacturer, apart from the included accessories, also offers a quite extensive range of additional gadgets. We can additionally purchase a water pipe adapter or a charging station, further diversifying the adventure with this device.

Experience with using a vaporizer

A large number of vaporizers from the same price range as Eden can be recognized by the characteristic aroma that is released during vaporization, or by the sharp and hot vapor that comes out of the device. A lot of it, but not Eden. This device is above average compared to its competition. The fact that the materials used for the production of the stove and the mouthpiece in this model are of really good quality is also not without influence. We will not sense a specific aroma of plastic or other synthetic materials here. However, you can definitely feel the mixture of conduction and convection processes while heating the herbs. If you are also a fan of huge clouds then you may be a bit disappointed. Eden is definitely more focused on aroma than producing giant clouds. The only thing that in my opinion could be improved is the mouthpiece that heats up during longer sessions. But more on that in the usage section below.

Operating this vaporizer is a real piece of cake! It will take us half a minute to familiarize yourself with the use. All control is done with one button. Five quick clicks to start the device and another three to change the temperature setting. After restarting, the device returns to the last selected setting. The LEDs additionally inform about the currently selected session temperature. Access to a large furnace (about 0.5g) and the shape of the chamber itself makes loading easier. Just unscrew the top of the device. Downloading the clouds does not require any special technique from us. All you need to do is take a long, slow breath for 5 to 15 seconds, so a session with someone new to vaporization shouldn't be too much of a problem. Unfortunately, it is worse when it comes to the mouthpiece, which simply heats up quite a lot during longer sessions. This problem can be minimized with the included silicone cap. However, we do not have to worry if we forget to turn off the device. Eden has an auto power off feature. An interesting option is also the boost, which you run by holding down the button. The vaporization temperature immediately rises by 20 degrees.

Temperature ranger achieved by the Eden

In Linx Eden, we have a choice of one of four factory temperature settings. As far as I'm definitely a fan of full, smooth ruletemperature, I must admit that the factory configuration is sufficient. The available settings are: 182, 193, 204, 220 degrees Celsius. Everyone will find something for himself.

Build quality of the vaporizer

Linx has already released devices that were not only pleasing to the eye, but were appreciated for their quality of workmanship. It is no different in the case of the tested model. Elegance body made of good quality stainless steel. The stove is made of quartz and the mouthpiece is made of glass, which is both a strong point of this device, because it translates directly into the taste and aroma. Unfortunately, it also causes more heating than mouthpieces made of synthetic materials. The only button is also securely seated and responds correctly.

Battery at Linx Eden

I was impressed with the use of USB-C to charge the vaporizer. I was expecting a quick battery charge, but unfortunately had to get by with the taste. Charging a 2500 mAh battery takes five hours! It is not an impressive result. The fact that the battery is not removable does not improve the situation. On the other hand, for a reasonably budget device, the performance is the samebattery is pretty ok. A standard user should easily take 5 to 7 sessions on a single charge, which translates into about 45-60 minutes of continuous use. It should be enough for a standard user to get through a day of charging.

Discretion in using the vaporizer

In this regard, Eden is above average compared to the competition. It's not that the emphasis of the manufacturer was somehow placed on discretion. It is more about the resultant of several factors. Firstly, the shape of the device resembles a regular e-cigarette. Second, as I mentioned above, this model does not produce any particularly dense clouds that could attract the attention of random people. Thirdly, the dimensions allow you to quickly put the vaporizer in your pocket if necessary. It is also worth mentioning the LEDs, which are bright enough to easily see the current temperature setting, but not too bright, so that they do not draw the eye, e.g. in darker rooms.

Summary of Linx Eden's review

I have to admit that Linx Eden was really decent in the tests. Sure, it has its drawbacks. First of all, too long charging for a USB-C socket, especially with a non-removable battery. Mouthpiece heating up. Although here the manufacturer stuck a plaster on the wound in the form of siLycon mouthpiece cover. If you are looking for large, dense clouds, you should also look for another model. However, if you're looking for a vaporizer that won't cost you a fortune. It will be producing an above-average vapor for its price shelf and, in addition, its appearance does not arouse any special suspicions, perhaps Linx Eden is the device for you.
