WHAT RIGHTS DO YOU HAVE REGARDING THE PROCESSING OF YOUR PERSONAL DATA BY US?

Under GDPR, you have the right to:

  • request access to your personal data,
  • request correction of your personal data,
  • request deletion of your personal data,
  • request restriction of processing personal data,
  • object to the processing of personal data,
  • request the portability of personal data.

If you submit any of the above requests to us, we will provide you with information on the actions taken without undue delay - and in any event within one month of receiving the request. If necessary, we may extend the one-month period by a further two months due to the complex nature of the request or the number of requests. In any case, we will inform you within one month of receiving the request about the extension and the reasons for the delay.

Right of access to personal data (Article 15 of the GDPR)

You have the right to be informed if we are processing your personal data. If we are processing your personal data, you have the right to:

  • the processing is unlawful, and you oppose the erasure of the personal data and request the restriction of their use instead;
  • your personal data is no longer needed for the processing purposes, but it is required by you for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims;
  • you have objected to processing pending the verification whether our legitimate grounds override your reasons.

Right to data portability (Article 20 of the GDPR)

You can also request that we transfer your personal data directly to another controller, where technically feasible.
